Stop the self-love strugglE

Free Your Mind of Negative Self-Talk and Finally Feel Good About Your Life

Through one simple breathing technique, relatable lessons, and step-by-step guidance from someone who’s mastered self-love.

Get ready to see the world through new eyes.
That’s the gift of your own love.

Everything about your life changes when your heart opens, and you feel the real, tangible love that is available inside your own body. This is not something I’m giving you. It’s not the result of a pill or an herb. This love is an energy that is accessible to you, right now, from within yourself. It is not a concept of the mind, but an experience in the body..

When you learn to love yourself, you gain the wisdom your life is offering up to you. You can resolve lifelong emotional pain, low self-worth, self-doubt, and existential disconnection. Self-love gives you a sense of purpose and belonging that can never be found outside yourself. It is the feeling of being home with you.

Open Your Heart
& Feel Self-Love faster

With This One Simple Breathing Pattern

Most people think that the path to self-love is through the mind. They read books about it, listen to podcasts and watch videos of people talking about self-love. They might even work with affirmations (which I am a fan of when used complimentarily) to try to change their beliefs.

The problem is that love isn’t of the mind. Love is of the heart.

You can try to love yourself by thinking you do all you want, but if you’re not working on the emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels it will not get you very far. This is why I’ve been practicing and facilitating one powerful breathing pattern for the past decade.

Breathwork helps the busy mind quiet down so you can finally hear what your heart is communicating to you.

I’ve been facilitating this work for a decade and have seen countless people transform through this one simple breathing pattern. Because it helps to quiet the mind it assists us in overcoming old stories that keep us stuck, limited thought patterns, and resistance to change. It also helps to uproot and release the emotions we’ve unconsciously buried in the body.

Breathwork helps expedite the healing process and brings us into greater communication with the heart and soul. It also supports us in accessing the truth of our deepest emotional wounds and the false beliefs attached to them. The truth is:

THERE’S NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU.

YOU JUST NEED THE RIGHT INFORMATION TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO ACCESS YOUr OWN LOVE

You might be thinking that when you’re judging someone, feeling jealous, guilty, shameful or afraid, that you are so far away from self-love. The truth is that these experiences are incredibly valuable. Most people place their focus on what is lacking and they miss the valuable information that is pointing them to what they desire.

Instead of looking at these experiences as a lack of self-love, I look at them as an ask for self-love. There is a part of you that is hurting or insecure, and that part of you is calling for your attention to be cared for. So in the very moment you think you aren’t loving yourself, you are actually being given the opportunity to love yourself. In Good Love, you learn how to do just that.

YOU CAN LOVE YOURSELF WITHOUT CHANGING ANYTHING ABOUT YOURSELF

The world will tell you that you need to go to school to learn the answers, that you need an expert to tell you what’s “wrong” with you, that somewhere out there is the solution to your problem. The truth is that when you love yourself, you love your body because it’s you, you love your unique way of thinking, you listen to and learn from your emotions because you don’t reject yourself, and you trust yourself to hear your own intuition.

All of this happens inside. It doesn’t come from doctors, politicians, industry leaders, or influencers. When we are disconnected from ourselves, we feel like we have to go hunt outside for some missing thing to fill us up. It’s actually inside. It’s not out there. It’s in here. When your heart opens to love for yourself you see

yourself differently. You see your gifts, you feel your worth, you trust your intuition, and you know you are lovable. Everything changes from there.

Yes, there is a natural alchemy that happens through healing, but it is not about changing ourselves because there is something wrong or bad about us. The change that occurs is a byproduct of our own love—it’s not needed in order to love ourselves.

This is a very different perspective than you might have heard before. If it’s familiar to you, you might just need the right support and guidance on how to actually apply it to finally feel your own love.

If you think you’ve tried everything—you haven’t. Self-love is attainable for you, too.

We all want to feel good about ourselves. We want to love our lives. We want to enjoy our own company. We want to stop being so preoccupied by our own dramas and insecurities that we have more of ourselves to genuinely give to others.

Everyone wants to feel in their heart that they are a good person and that they have something valuable to offer. We want to see ourselves through eyes of love instead of with judgment and criticism. In order to do that, we have to free ourselves from the patterns and perspectives that keep us out of self-love.

It’s incredibly frustrating to try all the things other people say works and feel like there must be something wrong with you because it’s not working for you. That experience only hits the wound that perpetuates your separation from self-love.

Everyone wants to feel in their heart that they are a good person and that they have something valuable to offer. We want to see ourselves through eyes of love instead of with judgment and criticism. In order to do that, we have to free ourselves from the patterns and perspectives that keep us out of self-love.

Even if you believe you’ve tried everything else, if you can’t say with absolute certainty that you love yourself yet, then there is work to be done, and Good Love is here to support you in finally embodying the love you deserve.

Hi! I’m Michelle D’Avella. I’ve been supporting people on their self-love journey for a decade, using Breathwork as my primary healing tool.

I know firsthand how much energy we waste on false ideas about ourselves, carrying guilt and shame around, and doubting our worth. I also know how much sweeter, magical, and juicy life is when love is flowing from within yourself. It liberates you from the toxic attachments most people are burdened by and frees you up to create the life you truly desire.

“NO ONE CAN RESCUE ME FROM
MY PAIN. I KNOW BECAUSE I’VE TRIED TO GET THEM TO. IT DOESN’T WORK. THIS IS ALL ON ME.”

These are words I wrote during my Dark Night of The Soul in 2016, a time when I recognized that I’d been trying to fill my wounds with other people’s love. Not only did it not work, but it caused me more and more pain until I was forced to learn the most challenging lesson of my life: how to truly, fully love all of myself.

MY JOURNEY TO SELF-LOVE

I was close to 30, broke (like couldn’t-afford-to-put-gas-in-my-car broke), and in denial of my depression when a healer recommended I do some Breathwork instead of work with him. I expected him to resolve my physical pain in a single session, and I cried in the shower after reading his email. There was something about someone seeing in me what I had been unwilling to see in myself that left me feeling both relief and shame. For the first time in my adult life, I was seeing that I was not actually who I thought I was.

Breathwork was introduced to me during a time when you couldn’t find a class in a yoga studio and no one was talking about it on social media. I was told it could support me on a cellular level with my control and boundary issues, all of which were news to me. Though I had no real desire to embark on a healing journey, something in me guided me into a series of sessions. I didn’t know what was happening to me, but it felt like I was dethawing. People close to me began to remark that I felt warmer, happier even.

Without any intention of becoming a Breathwork facilitator (I was an entrepreneur, not a healer) I found myself at a training with my future mentor, David Elliott. Breathwork gave me access to my Soul, the part of myself I had once been deeply connected to as a kid but had shut off in order to find a sense of acceptance in the world. This reconnection enlivened me, guided me back to my creative expression and began to show me the Truth about myself.

I discovered that I actually hadn’t loved myself for a very long time and that I had created an identity based off the qualities I believed would get me love instead of allowing myself to be fully me. I also intentionally avoided looking at areas of my life that would take me to places I didn’t want to go. I wanted to heal, but only as much as was absolutely necessary. Not an ounce more. What I really wanted was to receive the facade of safety through love from other people and show up in the world as if I had it all figured out. That felt easier than confronting my greatest fears and not knowing what to do with them.

LOVING PARTS OF MYSELF WAS MUCH EASIER THAN LOVING ALL OF MYSELF. THAT WAS JUST TOO MUCH.

I was someone who chose to learn lessons the hard way. In 2016, I went through a blindsiding breakup, and when my partner left, the fears, grief, and despair I’d repressed throughout my entire life rose to the surface all at once. I no longer had the ability to pick and choose what I wanted to look at. I was forced to confront everything I’d been hiding from. It was overwhelming, relentless, exhausting—the most difficult experience of my life.

One of the many days of deep despair I was laying in bed, the sun shining brightly outside, and I suddenly realized no one was coming to save me. If I wanted my life to change, I’d have to make it happen. Soon, I’d come to realize that the pain wasn’t actually about my ex, but about me. I was grieving because I’d been abandoning myself for years. I was riddled with fears that were previously unconscious: that I couldn’t trust myself, that I was unlovable, that I’d be alone forever, and that I’d cause myself cancer (the latter might have been a premonition if I stayed on that track).

I had to bear witness to every single truth I had been hiding from. It’s much easier to convince yourself you’ve got it all figured out than to sit with the reality that you’re terrified of truly being seen and don’t even know who you are. But I did the hard work of self-love, repeatedly, until I mastered it.

My journey took me through the trenches of my inner world. I confronted every limiting belief that surfaced, traced it back to the root, and loved it until the truth emerged. Everything I learned was revealed to me through the grueling process of sitting with my own pain. I began to realize that each time I chose to see the truth and move the pain through my body, I was left with a residue of wisdom. This information gave me all I needed to know about myself, my journey, and my unique place here on the planet.

AS I LOVED MYSELF MY LIFE BECAME A BLESSING, ONE I DIDN’T EVEN CONSIDER ASKING FOR BECAUSE I DIDN’T BELIEVE I WAS WORTHY OF IT.

Self-love is an ongoing process because love is a well of depth that continues to grow. I never imagined I could feel the way I feel for myself, but life continues to give me opportunities to love myself more. Being single for 6 years since that blindsiding breakup was a master class in itself of learning to surrender to the life process, to claim the depth of my worth, and to fully inhabit my life.

For almost a decade I have been supporting people on their healing journey. I know where people struggle with self-love, not just because of those I work with, but because I’ve been there myself.

If you’re still with me, continue on to find out exactly what you’ll learn in Good Love.

“Through Good Love, I've unlearned unhelpful ways of thinking that have limited me. I've released years worth of repressed emotions through breathwork and made space for more joy and light. I've also learned how to release challenging emotions from my body as they arise and I've learned to trust, love and honor myself.

“I’ve worked with Michelle now for almost 3 years. She’s a wise, compassionate teacher. The combination of the breathwork meditations, video teachings and the reflection notebooks she offers with Good Love has been really effective in terms of resonating and unlocking the stuck places where I need more healing and self-love. The lessons in Good Love are really powerful tools for people committed to loving themselves fully. ”

THE COURSE CURRICULUM

Module One

THE MEANING & PURPOSE OF SELF-LOVE

Self-love has become a buzzy phrase over the past few years, conflated with bubble baths, yoga, and sage. In this lesson, you’ll learn what self-love actually is so you can identify the lack of it in your life. This means you won’t get caught up identifying as someone who loves themselves but not actually experiencing true self-love.

Module Two

A LESSON IN LISTENING

You can’t love yourself if you don’t listen to yourself. In this lesson, you’ll develop the ability to discern, through the felt senses, what your life is communicating to you so you can understand yourself, an integral process of the self-love journey.

Module Three

HOW TO FALL IN LOVE WITH YOURSELF

Once you have an understanding of what self-love means and how foundational it is to experience what you truly want in your life, you’ll learn how to embody self-acceptance, how to move through resistance when it arises, and how to align to the truth of who you are so that you can experience self-love.

Module Four

JOURNEY INTO
THE SHADOW

The shadow is a psychological term used to describe the aspects of yourself that are unconscious. As Carl Jung has said, “The shadow is the person we’d rather not be.” In this module, you’ll learn how to integrate the parts of yourself that you’ve judged, rejected, or abandoned, an absolutely essential process in order to master self-love.

Module Five

TENDING TO THE WOUNDED CHILD

Most of our core emotional pain is related to unmet needs and desires from our childhood. In this module, you’ll learn the core wounds most of us carry around love as well as how to heal your hurt inner child, and why this work is essential to fully loving yourself.

Module Six

LOVE YOURSELF THROUGH GUILT, SHAME, & SELF-BETRAYAL

There are many things that interrupt our connection to our own love. In this module, you’ll learn about how guilt, shame, and self-betrayal interfere with your relationship to yourself, and you’ll be given examples of how the pattern of negative self-talk can be broken, the way punitive systems have been internalized, and the path to heal these heavy burdens. This means you’ll understand how to break the patterns that keep you out of self-love.

Module Seven

FIND YOUR ANCHOR

This module is an important one in light of a growing population seeking purpose but feeling lost. Each of us has a soul mission, one or more things we came here to do and share. In this module, you’ll learn how to use self-love to uncover your personal life purpose so that you can find meaning in who you are without hunting down something outside of you to validate your worth.

Module Eight

WHEN YOU SLIP UP
ON SELF-LOVIN’

In this module, you’ll learn how to handle the moments it feels like you’re regressing or you’ve hit a wall. You’ll learn what to do when you find that you’re second-guessing yourself, lacking trust in your path, or aren’t experiencing what you desire in life.

Module Nine

GET COMFORTABLE LIVING FROM YOUR HEART

Loving yourself is a huge accomplishment, but what happens when you show up in relationship to others? This is where you’ll find your hard work of self-love has paid off. It’s also the area that can be the most activating. In this module, you’ll learn how to stay in your heart when engaging with others without abandoning yourself.

“Through participating in several of Michelle’s offerings, I found the theme of self-love to be of deep consideration. When GOOD LOVE was brought forward, I was definitely on board. Three main factors have contributed to my commitment to this program. One – the inquiries presented in each module have given me pause – and have allowed me to enter my heart to know what’s deeply present and desiring exposure. Two – the Breathwork Sessions – through the breath – the belly, the heart - tears and laughter, release is found. Three – Michelle herself – her confidence in Life itself is refreshing and truly believable. Love is present.

Good Love was a wonderful way for me to start to feel embodied- that is not disconnected from my body or from myself. I had a lot of trauma to release and Michelle’s breathwork meditations were perfect for me to be with me- in all the messiness. Her videos and her workbooks were invitations to go deeper and see the truth of who I am. It’s been the most curious and most important journey I’ve ever been on. I believe, like she says, the relationship I have with myself is the most precious relationship of all. That is the TRUTH!”

THROUGH GOOD LOVE YOU GET

  • GUIDANCE

Self-love seems like it should be easy, right? Well, consider the fact that you’re carrying layers of pain from childhood, intergenerational trauma, past life residue, and live within a societal infrastructure designed to keep you feeling insecure and in need. Doesn’t sound so easy anymore, does it? Good Love gives you a framework for understanding what self-love really is and how to access it yourself.

  • TOOLS

We’re not working solely on the level of the intellect because self-love isn’t a concept of the mind. You may have worked with affirmations in the past to no avail. Well, in Good Love you’ll receive a multi-level approach. You’ll integrate a healing Breathwork practice into your life, work with exercises to deepen your commitment to loving yourself, and use workbooks for deeper self-inquiry and understerstanding.

  • TRUTH

My guidance comes from an integrated place. I know what it means to master self-love and then seemingly regress, to feel like you will never quite get it, and to confront the most painful, shameful aspects of yourself. While I share my wisdom and lived experience in this program, I am guiding you to the wisdom inherent within yourself.

GOOD LOVE GUARANTEE

Of course, there are no guarantees because that depends on you, but I have full faith in your ability to show up for yourself. After you sign up for Good Love, you’ll have 48 hours to take a look around and make sure you’re happy with what you see. If you’re not for any reason, you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked.

IF YOU’RE NEW TO BREATHWORK

BREATHWORK IS A PROFOUND TOOL FOR HEALING, PARTICULARLY FOR DISCOVERING SELF-LOVE.

The breathing pattern we’re using in this work is a simple two-part breath that supports the mind in quieting enough to begin to feel what’s being held in the body.

I’ve been studying with my teacher, David Elliott, since 2013 and use Breathwork as my primary healing tool personally and in facilitation with clients. It is the fastest way I know to connect to the heart, develop intuition, access creativity, and see the truth. It is undoubtedly the way I learned what self-love is.

This practice can feel intense for those who are not used to being in their bodies, feeling their feelings, or processing their lived experiences. For this reason, I have included many resources to support you if you’re new to Breathwork, including a shorter Breathwork meditation if the longer sessions are too much for you in the beginning.

While we have all experienced trauma in our lives, if you know what might come up for you is too much for you to handle on your own, you should have a trained professional support you in integrating your experiences. This program is not a substitute for necessary mental health services.

Breathwork, like self-love, is a long-term practice. I do not recommend this program if you are unwilling to commit to a Breathwork practice. This is not solely intellectual work. In fact, most of this work is on the emotional and spiritual levels.

I discovered Breathwork at a time when my life was not what I expected it to be. I was flailing in my career. Money wasn't flowing. I was picking fights with my boyfriend. I was in a toxic living situation.

DEEP INSIDE I FELT THIS HORRIBLE FEELING THAT I WASN’T LIVING THE LIFE I WAS HERE TO LIVE.

Looking back, I can see a very clear path guiding me back to myself. I was led to begin a Breathwork practice in 2013 and since that day my life has never been the same. At the time I remember thinking, "How the hell is breathing going to change my life?"

AS A HIGHLY SENSITIVE PERSON, BREATHWORK IS A LIFE-SAVING TOOL IN SO MANY WAYS, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY IN BRINGING ME BACK HOME TO MYSELF.

Oh, but it did. It dramatically did. This breathing technique is not about relaxation. It is about healing. It guided me to every single unprocessed experience in my life that needed my love and attention. All it needed was my willingness to show up.

I was not one of those people who did a Breathwork session and was cracked wide open. The layers of pain I was carrying guarded my heart, and the resistance to feeling safe in my body was real. For me, Breathwork was a difficult practice, but every time I committed to it I felt a little closer to where I knew I needed to go.

Without this profound healing tool, I am certain I would not be who I am now, experiencing life this way. I have grown in unimaginable ways. As a highly sensitive person, Breathwork is a life-saving tool in so many ways, but most importantly in bringing me back home to myself.

COMMON QUESTIONS

FAQS

How is Good Love different from other courses?

My guidance is a big part of what makes this offering different from others. I’m someone who has gone through an immense amount of emotional pain and come out the other side wiser and more compassionate. I’m teaching this program from the lived experience of someone who withheld love from herself to becoming someone who fully loves herself.

I also have been facilitating and using Breathwork as my primary healing tool for a decade. I have supported countless people on their healing journeys over the years in 1:1 and group settings, and I know what struggles people encounter and how to guide them through.

Finally, I’m here to support people in finding the love, wisdom, and power within themselves. I fully believe you have everything you need within you. Sometimes we just need a little help seeing it ourselves.

I’m not going through any major heartbreak or challenging situation right now that is forcing me to look at myself.

Amazing! I wish I had committed to going inward and learning to love myself during a time that was free from the intense emotional pain of a big life challenge. If you’re in a time of emotional distress, your life is pushing you to look at something that is overdue to be dealt with. If you’re not experiencing that (yet) it doesn’t mean you don’t have work to do. It just means that you are right on time. You’re not waiting for devastation to happen in order to listen to what needs your attention.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS OR SCHOLARSHIPS?

I do provide two payment options for this program. For this offering, there are no scholarships.

WHAT FORMAT IS THE COURSE DELIVERED IN?

There are 9 modules as outlined in the course curriculum above. Within each module is a video teaching with a corresponding audio file, a workbook in PDF format, and an exercise for deeper integration. There are also 5 guided Breathwork meditation MP3 files. All videos have closed captioning and transcripts.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO START A BREATHWORK PRACTICE?

I don’t recommend joining if you don’t have a somatic practice that can support you in processing the very real energetic blocks to you loving yourself.

IS BREATHWORK SAFE?

Yes. This is a gentle breathing practice, though it may feel intense if you aren’t used to being in your body or feeling your feelings. It is a practice that can support you in feeling safe in your body over time. Contact your physician if you have questions about if Breathwork is safe for your particular health circumstances.

What IF I NEED 1:1 SUPPORT?

If you feel you’d like to engage with this material with 1:1 support from me, you can email me to book a session.

How long does it take to go through the program?

This is personal, of course, and will depend on how you decide to engage with the program. Each video per module is a different length of time detailed in the course curriculum. These are deep lessons reduced down to concise videos that are meant to be engaged with repeatedly. There are also workbooks that go with each module. It’s more important to go through the material slowly so you can integrate it rather than to blow through it quickly and try to skip steps. That’s not possible on the self-love journey.

I’m afraid I won’t commit to doing the program or I won’t finish it.

It’s a totally valid feeling to have reservation to joining a program if you’re concerned that you won’t finish it. Sometimes we think we need to have huge chunks of time set aside to do this work. While that can be nice, it’s not necessary. After all, learning to love yourself is about what’s going on in your life, not just the time you allocate to yourself. Because we can have such an aversion to going inward or delving into material if it feels long or draining, I’ve broken Good Love up into modules focusing on specific themes. The videos are concise, but clear.

In a separate video in each module is an exercise for you to try on to apply that lesson to your life. Additionally, there is a separate workbook for you to engage with. Having the material broken up in this way allows you to dip into one aspect of the material with little resistance. Whenever you have a little free time you can log into the program to work with a portion of the program. Even if you have only 15 minutes a day to connect to the program, you’ll be making good progress on your self-love journey.

HOW LONG DO I GET ACCESS TO GOOD LOVE?

You get lifetime access. Self-love is ongoing work. There is no timeline, so I want you to have access to the program to support you at different stages on your journey.

Is this a good course for someone who has already committed to a Breathwork practice?

Yes. I have meditations only included in this program designed to support your self-love journey as well as lessons not included anywhere else. Additionally, the lessons, exercises, and workbooks are integral to overcoming your self-love struggles.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

A full refund is available up to 48 hours after your purchase. If you don’t feel like the course material meets your needs you can email me at hello(@)pushingbeauty.com to get a full refund no questions asked. Be sure to ground yourself and make a conscious choice about your purchase before committing.

I HAVE UNANSWERED QUESTIONS

Of course, if you have any additional questions I haven’t answered here, please feel free to email me at hello@pushingbeauty.com.

I have young children and don’t have a lot of time for myself.

This is the time, more than ever to do this work. I know it can be overwhelming to take care of children and others, to build a business or have a demanding career. But doing all of these things without self-love makes it that much more difficult.

We will take out our unprocessed pain on our kids at times. Even as much as we try to hide it, they will sense it because kids are just more tapped in. We will doubt ourselves, blame ourselves, and work twice as hard as we need to to prove ourselves. So while it may not feel like the time because there is so much going on, life doesn’t usually present us the opportunity to have free open space. We have to create it, and sometimes it’s just not possible. The good news is this program is self-paced so you can do it little by little. A lot of this is detective work and consciousness raising work so you will be working on your awareness which happens as you are moving throughout your day, not just during the time you are sitting in front of the program.

Can’t I just figure this out on my own?

Well, yes, of course. But you probably wouldn’t be here if you weren't struggling or secretly desperate to not go it alone anymore. It’s a hard road. I know, I’ve been there. That’s why I created Good Love.

HOW LONG ARE THE VIDEO TEACHINGS?

Each video per module is a different length of time detailed in the course curriculum. On average the entire course is about 90 minutes of video content. These are deep lessons reduced down to short videos that can and should be engaged with repeatedly.

Is this a good course for someone who has never done Breathwork?

Yes. I’ve included all of the breathwork support you need as a beginner including a video on How To Breathe, What To Do About Resistance, and a video on Aftercare as well as an FAQ guide.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is a simple but powerfully transformative practice of releasing the mind and opening the heart. We’re using one breathing pattern in this program which is a two-part inhale through the mouth.

WHAT DO I DO IF I STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

If you still have questions, just reach out! I’m happy to answer any additional questions you have if you email me at hello@pushingbeauty.com.

I’VE NEVER DONE BREATHWORK BEFORE. IS THAT OK?

Yup! No experience with any healing work is necessary. There is a Breathwork page with a lesson in breathing, aftercare support, and answers to common Breathwork questions for anyone new to this practice.

IS EMAIL SUPPORT INCLUDED IN MEMBERSHIP?

While I’m happy to answer questions as you move through your self-love journey via email, email support is not included in membership. This means that I can’t provide mentorship to you through email. If you need 1:1 support you’re welcome to schedule a session.

What format is the course delivered in?

There are 9 modules as outlined in the course curriculum above. Within each module is a video teaching with a corresponding audio file, a workbook in PDF format, and an exercise for deeper integration. There are also 5 guided Breathwork meditations. All videos have closed captioning and transcripts. All of the content lives on the site, and you will need WIFI to access the program.

GOOD LOVE IS NOT
GOOD FOR YOU IF:

  • You want to find a quick and easy solution to self-love

  • You’re not willing to dedicate the time & energy to healing

  • You’re not ready to get honest with yourself

  • You’re not open to committing to a Breathwork practice

  • You need 1:1 support that you don’t have

SELF-LOVE IS FOR YOU, TOO.

If you’re worried that self-love is for other people and not for you, you’re not alone. I have worked with people for years who have felt that way, and I’ve witnessed them transform before my eyes. The irony is that the part of ourselves that believes that love isn’t for us is the part of us in desperate need of our own love. It might seem like we’re stuck there, but there is a way through.

Breathwork is one of the supportive tools, but it’s not the only thing. It’s a tool, your relationship to yourself is what we are transforming in Good Love and to do that on the self-love journey you need to know how to handle the moments when you feel stuck. I’ve been there, and I know how difficult they can be. I’ve also created Breathwork meditations specifically focused on the themes to best support you in loving yourself.

Maybe you’re thinking that self-love is simple and that everyone should know what it is.

The truth is that most people do think they know what self-love is, and they have an idea of it in their mind (which is often misleading or false) but they don’t know what it actually feels like.

Knowing what self-love is in your mind does not lead you to experience self-love. And in the world we live in, we are constantly inundated with messaging that tells us that we are not enough, that we need something else to feel good or be more beautiful.

The truth is most people don’t love themselves. This program gives you the tools and guidance to create a new relationship with yourself that transforms the way you look at life. It’s up to you if you want to continue going it alone or be supported.

This is a program on mastering self-love, and it addresses the common obstacles we encounter along the way. Included are exercises, journaling prompts for self-inquiry, and healing practices to support you on your inner journey.

This is not the path to every single issue you will have on your healing journey. It’s not a guidance system to heal all of your wounds. It doesn’t address everything you will possibly encounter on your healing journey.

Good Love provides the path and practice to support you in no longer filling yourself up from the outside but sourcing your love from within. It is a program to hold you as you do the work necessary to love all of who you are.

Sometimes we get so caught in the struggle that we don’t realize we can cut ourselves out of the web we feel bound by. You deserve to embody self-love, and it’s absolutely possible for you.
